Clear expectations help create a respectful, comfortable experience for every client.
Privacy Policy
- All readings & services are private & confidential and will not be discussed with anyone but the client.
- No audio or video recording is allowed during readings or sessions at any time, including in-person or by phone.
- We do not collect or store sensitive personal data such as financial account details, personal details, or health records.
Payment Policy
- Full payment is due at the time of service.
- Accepted: cash, credit/debit card (via Square), Venmo and Cash App.
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- Readings are priced individually and cannot be shared.
- Readings are not charged by time but by the reading itself.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations may forfeit the deposit or be charged a fee.
Late Arrivals
- 10+ minutes late may shorten or cancel your session, depending on schedule availability.
- All readings should not exceed past 45 minutes. Please be mindful and respectful of time for other scheduled clients.
Gift Card Policy
- Gift cards are available in any amount and can be used toward any service.
- They are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.
- Gift cards expire 1 year from purchase.
Group Readings & Parties
- Group sessions are available for events, parties, or special gatherings (minimum of 6 people).
- Must be booked at least one week in advance.
- Services can be customized based on event needs and group size.
Special Events / Pop-Ups
- Available for fairs, markets, corporate events, and private functions.
- Rates start at $300 & up, varying depending on location, duration & number of guests in attendance.
- A deposit of 50% is required to hold the date.
- A transportation fee may be added depending on the location and distance of the event.

Disclaimer & Right to Refuse
- Must be 18+ or have parental consent.
- I reserve the right to refuse or end a session if a client is disruptive, disrespectful, or makes inappropriate requests.
